Return Eligibility
We offer a 20-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Returns are only accepted if the product:
* Arrives damaged
* Arrives defective or malfunctioning
* Is significantly different from the item ordered
* Contains a manufacturing defect
To qualify for a return, the issue must be reported within 20 days of delivery and supported with clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Opened supplements
* Used products
* Products with broken safety seals
* Products purchased in error by the customer
* Products that did not meet personal expectations
Refunds
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
In certain cases, Nardo Meds may offer a replacement product instead of a refund if the item is damaged, defective, or malfunctioning.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 20 days of delivery and include:
* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Shipping Costs
If a return is approved due to damage, defects, or shipping errors, Nardo Meds will cover any applicable return or replacement costs.
