Nardo Meds works with third-party logistics providers, shipping carriers, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

* Other circumstances beyond our control

Nardo Meds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or fulfillment partners.

As delivery times are estimates only, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or compensation will not be provided solely due to shipping delays while an order remains in transit.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has been processed and shipped.

Please allow several days for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Nardo Meds is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, please contact us within 20 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
